Product Introduction

        NDBTC-Ⅲ Transformer No-load and Load Characteristic Tester is a high-precision instrument meticulously developed by our company specifically for measuring transformer no-load, load parameters, and zero-sequence impedance parameters. It can accurately measure a series of parameters such as no-load current, no-load loss, short-circuit loss, impedance voltage, harmonic content, distortion rate, etc., for various transformers.

       This instrument features small size, light weight, high measurement accuracy, excellent stability, and easy operation, completely replacing the traditional multi-meter method for measuring transformer loss and capacity. With simple wiring and convenient testing and recording, it greatly improves work efficiency. It uses a large-screen graphical true-color LCD as the display window, with graphical menu operations and Chinese character prompts. The display interface integrates multiple parameters on one screen, offering a user-friendly interface that is simple and quick to use, making it the preferred product for power users at all levels.

Product Features

☆ Can measure transformer no-load current, no-load loss, short-circuit voltage, and short-circuit (load) loss.
☆ Can perform transformer harmonic testing.
☆ The instrument automatically switches ranges internally, allowing a wide range of voltage and current measurements with simple wiring.
☆ When conducting no-load and load tests for three-phase transformers, the instrument can automatically determine if the wiring is correct and display the vector diagram of three-phase voltage and current.
☆ The standalone unit can complete load tests for distribution transformers up to 100KVA at full current; it can complete load tests for distribution transformers up to 250KVA at one-third rated current (at one-third rated current, the instrument can convert to load loss parameters at rated current).
☆ All test results are automatically corrected. The instrument can automatically perform various corrections such as waveform correction, temperature correction, non-rated voltage correction, and non-rated current correction, making the test results more accurate.
☆ Features a 320x240 large-screen, high-brightness LCD display with full Chinese menu and operation prompts for a user-friendly interface. Touch keys make operation easier, and the wide-temperature LCD with brightness adjustment adapts to both winter and summer seasons.
☆ Users can preset up to 40 sets of test sample parameters, which can be deleted or added as needed, making it very convenient to use.
☆ Built-in real-time electronic clock automatically records the date and time of tests, facilitating the saving and management of test results.
☆ Equipped with a panel thermal printer for on-site quick printing of test results.
☆ Data (test sample settings, measurement results, test time, etc.) has power-off storage and browsing functions, can store up to 500 sets of test results, and can transfer data to a computer.
☆ Allows external voltage and current transformers for extended range measurements, enabling testing of samples with any parameters.
